Genesis in Cortina d'Ampezzo is an annual, multi-day cultural and gastronomic event in the Italian Dolomites. Conceived by Michelin-starred and Green Star chefs Riccardo Gaspari and Ludovica Rubbini of SanBrite, the project blends mountain nature, fine dining, tradition, and sustainability.
